Advance PaymentThis payment covers the full service fee, paid in advance to reserve your practitioner’s time exclusively for you. Any additional services will be billed separately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyTo cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 working hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 working hours’ notice incur a 25% cancellation fee, with the remaining 75% refunded within 3–5 working days (depending on your bank). Cancellations with less than 24 working hours’ notice, or no notice at all, are forfeited in full with no refund. Rescheduling is free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice; requests made with less than 24 working hours’ notice may be subject to a ₱500 rebooking fee.
