Forensic Assessment
Objective, court-ready psychological evaluations of the impact of abuse, harm, and crime — for protective and criminal proceedings, by licensed psychologists, with neutrality and strict confidentiality.
What is a forensic assessment?
A forensic psychological assessment is an objective evaluation done when a person’s mental or emotional state matters to a legal question. It might document the harm caused by abuse, or help a court understand a person’s psychological condition.
It is different from therapy. In therapy, the psychologist is there to help the client get better. In a forensic assessment, the psychologist stays neutral: we gather information carefully, use tested tools, and report what we find — even when it does not favour either side. Our duty is to the truth and to the court.
These evaluations follow the standards expected by Philippine courts and are conducted only by licensed professionals.
