Cancellation & Refund PolicyIf this cancellation was requested at least 24 working hours before your scheduled appointment, a 25% cancellation fee applies and the remaining 75% will be refunded within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If notice was given less than 24 working hours before your appointment, or if we were not informed in advance, your payment is forfeited in full with no refund.
To reschedule, please contact us at inquiry@gestaltwellness.com or visit gestaltwellness.com. Rescheduling requested at least 24 working hours before your appointment is free of charge; requests made with less than 24 working hours’ notice may be subject to a ₱500 rebooking fee.
