Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A reservation fee of ₱500 is required to confirm this appointment. This fee secures your chosen schedule, as your assigned practitioner’s time is then reserved exclusively for you.
Because that slot is held for you alone, the ₱500 reservation fee is non-refundable.
Should you need to reschedule, kindly inform our receptionist at least 24 working hours before your appointment so we can arrange a new time for you and offer the released slot to another client.
